The KIngdom of the Hearts Returns!

Kingdom Hearts 2 - 9/10
A strange attraction is about all that explains why so many, including myself, flock to Kingdom Hearts. The game is a fun mix of the fantastical qualities of Final Fantasy and the magic of Disney. The game continues the fun of the first game and answers many questions if not ends the story....here is hoping they don't make a sequel because they have no where to go. :P
The graphics are a slight step above the first game, but really the difference is only noticeable in the cutscenes, which are amazing. The gameplay has had wonderful additions such as Drive forms and Reaction commands. Drive forms provide wondeful ways to obliterate enemies and Reaction commands provide ways to trick and trash your enemies.
Music much like the first game is great and i wish i had the soundtrack but i must stick to what comes off Limewire for now. :P The gummy ship segments I think are much improved and quite fun. Though they can take some skill, the basic idea is shoot. Just shoot, shoot, and shoot some more, and you will be fine.
Character work was for the most part well done, voices are close to the originals and animation is decent.
Now for as much as i love the game i have some peeves. Animation seemed to forget that chracters have expressions and usually blink...they must have forgot because anyone not Sora, Donald, or Goofy could have used more work. As well, and this is big for me, the collesium provides no experience...none what so ever. I have to say its bull. If i am going to waste items and potentially have my butt kicked give me xp!
Aside from those issues i had few to none. The game is great and a worthy expansion...just wish they had some secret bosses. :(
Until Next.

Playing to Oblivion

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion - 9/10
Welcome to the world of Oblivion, there is food, drink, spells, monsters, and places to explore everywhere. Though if your not careful you may play until you waste away!
Yes, Oblivion is that good. The game is like a beautiful, smart, super star athlete cousin of Elder Scrolls: Morrowind. Everything is done right in Oblivion, graphics, story, ease of exploration, character depth, the ability to see your attacks on an enemy actual have some effect. Its all good. Whats great is how easy to be evil it is, and being good actually takes work. Everyone has daily lives and a mind of their own that will compell themto tell you what they think of you. I commonly was called "snowman" as i was playing as a Nord. But i would turn around and show them who owns with a quick bitch slap of my sword. Then i would pay my fines and be on my way. :P I have yet to find a shortage of things to do, but that doesnt mean you may get sick of doing somethings. I commonly went between free roaming and questing to alchemy and massacres.
Though if I am praising the game so much why not a 10?, you may be wondering. Well the game is not without its technical flaws from time to time. I am currently unable to complete the quest to cure vampirism...which annoys me since i have had my fun as a blood sucking bastard. Sometimes you will see roots in a cave go ape shit for no reason, and guards that will follow across the world because you killed someone in their town. There are problems but for any game of this size its almost expected.
But none the less I must recommended this title as at least one decent title among a variety of dissapointment that the X360 came out with.
Until Next.
